When you hire Curb2Closet Homestylers to stage your home we start the consultation at the entrance since that is the first impression of your home. We walk with you throughout your entire home and advise you on what needs updating and what needs to be removed from each room. We will advise you which rooms should be painted and select the best paint colors that will appease today's buyers and enhance your existing furniture. We can shop for the new bedding, pillows, and accessories needed to freshen up the home. On the day of staging we will arrange the remaining furniture and add the purchases/accessories for the photoshoot. Fee: $250.00 for initial consultation. Occupied/Vacant Staging Fee: Dependent upon house size and/or rental budget. Combination packages available. Assistants may be required. Additional shopping: $100 per hour.
What is a Staging?
We can arrange for the delivery and installation of rental furniture to give your home a temporary update (we are happy to shop for anything that is required). Sometimes a few small changes are all that is needed to market your home and obtain maximum resale value. Fees: Dependent upon house size and/or rental budget. Combination packages available. Assistants may be required. Additional shopping: $100 per hour.
